Agreement

By using Would You Survive? you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Crumbjar (crumbjargames@gmail.com).

For entertainment

Would You Survive? is interactive fiction for entertainment. Scenarios, scores and endings are made up. Nothing on the site is emergency, medical, safety or survival advice, and choices that work in a story may be dangerous in real life. In an emergency, contact the emergency services.

What you post

You are responsible for anything you submit. You must not post content that is illegal, threatening, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit involving anyone under 18, defamatory, infringes someone else's rights, reveals private information about another person, or is spam. You keep ownership of what you submit, but you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt (for example to fit a share image) and distribute it on the site and on our social media channels.

We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion, including through automated filters.

Names on results

If you add a name to your result it must be your own first name or a nickname. Do not use anyone else's name, offensive words or personal details. Names that break these rules are removed.

Acceptable use

Do not try to manipulate results (for example with bots or scripts), overload the site, scrape it at scale, get around rate limits or security, or access the admin area without permission.

Reporting

If you believe something on the site is unlawful or breaks these rules, report it. We review reports and act where appropriate.

Availability and liability

The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for content posted by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
